A project in close connection with Nature

We want to empower and support teachers in the transition to an ecologically-oriented pedagogical approach.

our purpose

Innovative teaching strategies for teachers and students, fostering mental resilience, improved mental health, and overall well-being in schools.

Mindfulness: A tool to reach the core of learning - the consciousness.

Karpenisi, February 2023

First workshop in Greece

Isabel Vieira

The Mindful Nature project is innovative because it offers experiential training, with teachers directly engaging with nature, rather than traditional indoor training. Implementing new teaching approaches that incorporate mindfulness in a natural environment will bring significant benefits to educational institutions, namely enhanced student resilience and increased school engagement.

Mindful Nature gave me a different approach to understanding what my students’ needs truly are, and, on a more fundamental level, my own needs as well, by grasping the essence of the present “flow”.

Alexandros Argyriadis

I wholeheartedly recommend the Mindful Nature project to anyone seeking a deeper connection with nature and a profound sense of mindfulness. It is an exceptional journey of self-discovery and healing, led by passionate individuals who are dedicated to creating a positive impact on our well-being and the environment.
